My role is assisting our Financial Advisers and Team members across the business to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

I have experience and capability across the full range of servicing activities and manage client queries through to resolution. I have an excellent understanding of the complex needs of our best clients.

I have been a part of C&K Partners Financial Services (now Astute Lalor) for 3 years.

My previous role was with the National Australia Bank where for 5 years I was in the Premier Servicing Team and Homeside Lending settlements Team, I was able to work together with the branch network to serve our best customers.
